Garage

Parking permits are required and every space is assigned as part of the condominium deed.

Guest Parking

There are six (6) parking spaces directly in front of the Metropolitan at Lake Eola building. All owners, renters, guests and members of the public may park in these spaces and must pay using the rate published on the Pango app. Current rate is $1.00 per hour plus convenience fee.

Moving

There is a large parking space for moving inside the parking garage near the double elevator (in front of the trash compactor). This space is also enforced by the Pango app. Current rate is $3.00 per hour plus convenience fee.

Note: The parking at the Metropolitan at Lake Eola is enforced 24/7 and failure to pay using the Pango application will result in a printed violation and may be booted or towed in accordance withe the parking enforcement policies that are currently in effect.
